See my last.fm page for an interim insight into what the blog is listening to while gearing for a meaningful return around February, maybe before. I'm still hanging on to 2011 and even 2010, a pshychologically chalenging position since for two years I've sought out only the most recent releases and felt last week was archaic, much more last year. It's been a joy to relisten to the best music. Maybe this weekend I'll post another best-of sampler from the past year, and feel good about it. Lesson: listening to so much music has its price.
