Ernest Greene plays as Washed Out, giving us incredible synth pop that is usually associated with the chillwave movement. But luckily the sounds are a bit more introspective, relying more on downward gazes to uplift and inspire. This album called Within and Without makes my short list, which slowly grows longer. Greene is from Georgia, so O'Barr can get you tickets anytime. Now lay down, relax, look within and without, and listen.
