There's an early Pink Floyd feeling afloat here but this music will not endear itself to mainstream listeners unless you live on a rack in a garage. The 8.0 at Pitchfork is quite a compliment, and its what got me listening. I've got more studying to do but for now am trying to thumb a ride. The Syd Barrett feeling lingers...the piper at the gates of dawn stirs...
